Perfil de Egreso

Los egresados de la Maestría en Ciencias en Ingeniería Eléctrica adquieren o desarrollan las siguientes características:

Capacidad para el análisis y solución de problemas relacionados con el área de Ingeniería Eléctrica empleando simulación digital y trabajo experimental.
Capacidad para el desarrollo de nuevos modelos y técnicas de análisis y diseño.
Capacidad para proponer mejoras en la operación, control, planeación y uso de la energía eléctrica.
Capacidad para realizar y reportar trabajos de investigación derivados del trabajo de tesis desarrollado.
Actitud inquisitiva y de actualización tecnológica y científica.

Perfil de Ingreso.

Con la finalidad de garantizar que el estudiante de la Maestría en Ciencias en Ingeniería Eléctrica termine con éxito su posgrado, debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

Dedicar tiempo completo al Programa.
Provenir de carreras afines a Ingeniería Eléctrica.
Convencimiento de realizar un posgrado de tiempo completo como medio para alcanzar una formación académica de alto nivel que le permita un desarrollo personal y profesional.
Mostrar interés por la investigación con un pensamiento crítico; creatividad e inventiva para abordar problemas relacionados con la operación, control y/o planeación de los sistemas eléctricos.
Mostrar capacidad y bases sólidas en el área de las ciencias físico matemáticas.
Disposición para participar en grupos de trabajo.
Demostrar los conocimientos del idioma inglés, que se requieren en el reglamento de estudios de posgrado del IPN presentados en la sección

Graduation Profile

Graduates of the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering acquire or develop the following characteristics:

Ability to analyze and solve problems related to the area of Electrical Engineering using digital simulation and experimental work.
Ability to develop new analysis and design models and techniques.
Ability to propose improvements in the operation, control, planning and use of electric energy.
Ability to perform and report research work derived from the thesis work developed.
Inquisitive attitude and technological and scientific updating.

Entry Profile.

With the purpose of guaranteeing that the student of the Master of Science in Electrical Engineering successfully completes his or her graduate studies, he or she must meet the following requirements:

Dedicate full time to the Program.
Come from careers related to Electrical Engineering.
Convinced to pursue a full-time graduate degree as a means to achieve a high level of academic training that will allow him/her to develop personally and professionally.
Show interest in research with critical thinking; creativity and inventiveness to address problems related to the operation, control and/or planning of electrical systems.
Show ability and a solid foundation in the area of physical and mathematical sciences.
Willingness to participate in working groups.
Demonstrate knowledge of the English language, as required by the IPN graduate studies regulations presented in the following section.
